The Mishra Group recently divested its ownership of Kings Row Business Park via an off-market transaction. A private capital group emphasizing the trade area acquired the Property, an 11,586 SF business park with eight private units representing a variety of trades, primarily intended for aerospace contractors and NASA affiliates.

The Firm acquired the Property in 2014, among the first properties it acquired following its transition to commercial properties in 2011. The Property maintained average occupancy rates of approximately 94% throughout the Firm’s management, solidifying itself as an attractive, intentional asset facing various market conditions over the last decade.

Anchored by grocery giant Super1 Foods and popular discount retailer dd’s Discounts, West Willow serves as a convenient one-stop shopping center for locals.

Super1 Foods is owned by Brookshire Brothers, the owner and operator of over 200 grocery stores across several operating brands.  dd’s Discounts is owned by Ross Dress for Less, the nation’s leading discount retailer offering brand-name merchandise.

Friendswood, TX — The Mishra Group closed on the acquisition of Dickinson Plaza, an approximately 100,000 square foot retail shopping center situated at the freeway intersection of Gulf Freeway and FM 517.

The Mishra Group purchased the Property from Dixie Partners, a private partnership with holdings across Texas. Dixie sold the Property after owning it for 18 years.
