Mr. Vijay Mishra formed The Mishra Group in 1997 with a single business unit that focused on the new construction and redevelopment of single-family residential homes and living communities primarily located throughout Galveston County, Texas, and the Company has built or redeveloped approximately 100 of such single-family residential homes.


The Mishra Group acquired its first commercial shopping center in 2011, and soon the pace of commercial acquisitions began to accelerate. To date, The Mishra Group has completed approximately $250 million in commercial real estate transactions through the purchase, leasing, management, or sale of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial property.


The Mishra Group operates all its commercial properties internally through its property management and commercial leasing affiliate, NOI Management.  NOI Management was formed in 2019 and exclusively manages and leases the approximately 1 million square foot commercial portfolio and multi-dozen property single-family residential portfolio that The Mishra Group owns and controls. Additionally, The Mishra Group is equipped to effectuate all construction and development needs through its construction affiliate, Mishra Builders. Given the Company’s extensive background in new construction and complete rehabilitations prior to entering the commercial space, it offers an unparalleled ability to effectively redevelop its properties internally.

  • Location: major Texas markets (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio or Austin) and secondary markets within 30-minute driving-distance to major market downtowns. Signalized intersections preferred with considerable VPD counts relative to market.

  • Square footage: at least 100,000 SF

  • Purchase Price: up to $17,000,000, core or value-add

  • Property type: retail, industrial, distribution/logistics, office (secondary markets only for office)
